I worked 25 years in the financial industry with regional and global responsibilities for international top tier institutions in the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, and Denmark. I have lead teams, sat on leadership teams, been in committees to promote Managing Directors and Directors. In a strongly performance and result driven environment I could make use of all aspects of executive coaching and leading. Twice in my career I willingly started from scratch as an entrepreneur to follow my dreams and purposes, breaking with financial security to explore the unknown. I am here to support your plan and actions, so you can succeed too. With the Co-Active Training Institute, I chose one of the first and oldest firms to train over two years to become a registered, certified professional executive coach, meanwhile for 9 years. And even now I haven’t rested to educate myself on the newest topics of executive coaching and consulting in service to my clients.
Finally, a bit of age, having lived abroad in 4 countries for over 20 years I throw in a good bit of life experience.
